Hey guys, I was just wondering if Windows had an editing software, like Mac does with it's Final Cut Pro, that allows me to actually add and move around pictures over the movie playing in the background (Ergo you can have pictures and movies playing at the same time and have the pictures not take up the whole screen but be able to be placed and sized anywhere). I know for a fact this is not an option with Movie Maker and I just got Adobe Premiere and it doesn't seem to allow you to do that either.
Are their any options for Windows?
