My profile picture in Skype for Business is not showing. Whenever I go to Options > My Picture, the 'Edit or Remove Picture' is greyed out. We have Office365 in place and Outlook 2013. There are no policies preventing users to change their picture (that I am aware of; where would this be set anyway?). I have the 'thumbnailPhoto' attribute set and working in the Active Directory. I have exhausted the alternatives I found elsewhere, including those listed here Any ideas?

Skype allows you to connect with other Skype users as well as to call landline and mobile phone numbers. However, only calls between Skype users enable video calls and the ability to see the other caller. So if you've connected with someone who's using a phone outside of the Skype platform, you won't see her picture.
