Hi, I've tried to set up a rule in Outlook 2016 for Mac to automatically CC myself on all emails I send, but it does not appear to be working. These are the steps I tried. Tools -> Rules. Client Rules / Outgoing / + Rule name: CC Myself When a message is sent: 'All messages' Do the following: 'Copy Message' 'Inbox (BK)' [where 'BK' is my account name.] However, whenever I send emails, they are not being CC'd to my InBox. I've tried closing and reopening Outlook, but seems to make no difference. Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong please?
